Foster's League Zone B down to the wire

After 23 weeks of play Scholars International and Western Union, Zone A’s top two are sure bets for the CIFA Foster’s National League final four.

In Zone B though, there is no such distinction. It’s still tremendously close with Sunset, FCI and George Town closely tailing each other.

After 23 weeks Sunset seems to have the best chance with three games left to play and a greater opportunity to secure a spot in the final four. FCI and GTSC both on 29 points each have one game left to decide their fate.

FCI’s last game is against Sunset on Wednesday March 19th and George Town’s is against Scholars on Sunday march 23rd. After playing FCI this Wednesday Sunset wraps up the season with it’s final two matches against Bodden Town on March 23rd and 26th.

The standings show:

Sunset with 30 points, 3 games to play, goal difference 21, 31 goals scored
FCI with 29 points, 1 game to play, goal difference 25, 48 goals scored
GTSC with 29 points, 1 game to play, goal difference 25, 39 goals scored

Final four playoffs are scheduled for March 29th and 30th and April 5th and 6th with the Grand Finale on April 13th.
