Foster's League Final Four Determined

The CIFA Foster's National League final four have finally been determined. After taking the Scholars vs. GTSC match 2-1 this weekend George Town secured their spot in the top four.

On Monday March 17th Sunset, George Town and FC International were strong contenders for the last two remaining final four spots. For Sunset it was a sure bet with three matches left to play this season and the points already on their side. However, the stakes were high for George Town and FCI who each had only one match left to play.

When FCI lost their final match to Sunset 4 -2 midweek, George Town SC knew they either had to draw or win their match against Scholars on the weekend. The final 2-1 results in favor of GTSC was enough to give them the edge they needed to bounce them over the threshold and into the final four.

Sunset FC will play Western Union in two home and away knock out matches and Scholars International and GTSC will do the same.

The matches are scheduled as follows:

• Sunday March 30th - Scholars vs. GTSC Truman Bodden 5:00 p.m.
• Sunset vs. Western Union Truman Bodden 7:00 p.m.
• Sunday April 6th - Western Union vs. Sunset Ed Bush 5:00 p.m.
• GTSC vs. Scholars Ed Bush 7:00 p.m.
