Triple C vs. Cayman Prep super-clash of Cayman's giants in U-11 Inter-Primary School League ended 1-1 on Saturday. The fiercely contested match that took place at the Triple C field was even from the start. Both teams had difference formations - Triple C opted to go with the 4-4-2; Prep used the 4-3-3 systems.

This meant that the battle for mid-field was on. But none of the U-11 players seemed to understand the sub-titles of winning the mid-field. Possession was either in one opponents third or the next. Additionally, both squads had problems with control, which exuberated the large amount of turnovers.

However, Triple C received a luckily break when one of their players was fouled in the box.

Referee Dalton Walter rewarded Triple C with a penalty which Paul Michael O'Connor converted around the 15th minute.
With the score at 1-0 in Triple C's favour it seemed that Prep was sinking. Triple C took over the flow of traffic.

However, between Prep's keeper, Ron Royer, and the defenders the scoreline held going into the second half.
Prep answered early in the second half when Javier Medina deposited the ball into the back of the net equal-ise 1-1. Medina received a textbook cross from Arvid Harris in the box. All Medina had to do was just simply tapped the ball across the goal-line, which he did.

More Inter Primary School Soccer league continues this weekend.
